1. Application form for the MSc (available through the website of the MSc “Epidemiology and Health Promotion”) Application form
2. Copy(s) of Degree(s) or Diploma(s) or certificate of completion of studies
3. Detailed grade report of all courses or obligations of the degree, including the final grade of the degree
4. Supporting documents of research or professional activity (if available)
5. A full curriculum vitae, detailing your qualifications and any research or professional activities
6.Two letters of recommendation (if available)
7. Copies of certificates of English language proficiency or other relevant certificates
8. Publications in peer-reviewed journals (if available)
9. A short memorandum explaining the reasons for being interested in this particular MSc
