Three (3) academic semesters are required to complete the studies leading to the award of the Master Diploma of the Program.
The eighteen-month program culminates in the award of a Postgraduate Diploma.
It is divided into two (2) semesters of at least thirteen (13) weeks each [30 ECTS], as well as a six-month (6) period for the completion of a master’s thesis [30 ECTS].
A degree requires a total of ninety (90) ECTS.
Each course is worth six (6) ECTS credits (10 courses multiplied by six ECTS = 60 ECTS).
Teaching is a component of the first and second semesters (lectures, laboratory exercises and exams).
The third semester is dedicated to the development of the Diploma Thesis.
The dissertation is in the Greek language.
Three (3) to six (6) academic semesters are allowed to complete the requirements for the postgraduate diploma.
In exceptional circumstances, upon the recommendation of the Coordinating Committee and approval by the Department Assembly, study may be suspended, and this time is not included in the total required duration of the award of the program.
